Livi Jacobs is an Austrian singer-songwriter, now based in Florida. She recently debuted with her single "Goodbye", a powerful ballad that showcases Livi's raw talent and emotional range. A month later she introduced her new single "Should've Known" which outperformed expectations, landing radio play in more than 30 countries and she earned her spot in more than 400 playlists within the first month of her release. Her unique style has earned her a growing fanbase and with multiple projects in the works, she is only just getting started. 

Colin's House is a song Livi has been meaning to write for a long time, about her time spent at Belmont University in Nashville. She hopes it will help others through times when they feel hopeless and lonely in a new place.
